Unfortunately, it was delivered an hour late from the time it left the restaurant and was cold. Once I heated it up, it was good.

Food took nearly 2 hours to be delivered, even after repeated calls to GrubHub. Only after asking to cancel the order, did the delivery arrive. Food was average delivery style food. Portions were large and food arrived steaming hot, despite 2 hour delay. more

The hot and sour soup "free" serving was only 1 small cup. The delivery driver got my order wrong TWICE and had to make 3 trips back to my apartment. It took over an hour for my order to be delivered in full, and even then it was cold. When I called the Hunan Dragon, after their 2nd trip to my place to advise them that they had forgotten part of my order, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and offered no compensation for their lack of decent service. Thank god Grubhub immediately responded to my complaint and gave me some Freegrub to remedy the situation. I've had issues with this place and their quirky delivery in the past. The food is decent but the service is so terrible its not really worth your time. more

On-time and friendly. The two people who deliver from Hunan Dragon III are polite and pleasant every time I see them. The food is good. It has a good salt content, not overboard, but flavorful. more

Mixed review. The hot and sour soup "free" serving was 1/2 mug of soup. And it was lukewarm, so I knew it was a 1/2 mug since it an all of my food needed to be microwaved to be warm. Dumplings with sesame sauce were outstanding. Shrimp with green beans was good, but nothing special. more

Ugh 3/16/2007

Man, what happened to this place? Used to be the best delivery around and now the food tastes like rubber and there is no flavor. Not recommended. Pros: Quick, I guess... Cons: I went for carryout. The place is disgusting. more

Horrible 10/3/2005

Not only was my food 20 minutes later than was estimated, the soup delivered was the wrong variety and the ""Chef's Specialty Sesame Beef"" was completely inedible. Fatty, disgusting, low quality beef in a sauce that tasted of nothing but corn syrup. My dining companion's chicken dish was equally disappointing. When we called to voice our dissatisfaction, the restaurant repeatedly put us on hold and left us there. Absolutely not worth $25 for take out. Pros: Fresh fortune cookies Cons: Food, Service, Value more
