Hunan is a Fort Collins fixture. Opened in the early 1990's it sits in an unassuming strip mall across from Sams Club. This is a favorite of ours for both dine in and carry out.\r

Enter the restaurant and the interior is just as unassuming. The menu looks like typical Americanized Chinese fare. But the execution is anything but routine. We always start with the Hot & Sour Soup. This stuff should be canned. It has the perfect balance of hot and sour and is simply mouth watering. This is usually followed by the Tid Bit Platter, an assortment of appetizers served with a flaming grill. A nice touch. The Spicy Orange Beef has real dried orange peel that bursts with flavor when you bite in. There are many other dishes on the menu that are executed in the best taste. The staff rotates through, usually students from CSU and the service is generally good. If you have any special requests, the proprieter, George Liang is always willing to do his best to please.\r

I recommend this establishment and return often when in Fort Collins.
Pros: Good food, good service, reasonably priced, consistent
Cons: none really
