well the first time earlier this week they were delicious even though it took almost three hours to get our food, the second time they were also yummy even though the order was incorrect and missing items. the third time it was rude and horrible considering it charged 70.00$ to my card which will take up to 5 days to refund just to get an email saying they wont deliver our food they have changed their policies and unfortunately that means no dinner for us even though we had the same place twice this week!!!! more

It was awful. First time it came way overlooked and missing half the dessert. They came back a second time with a better cooked steak, and a salad we never asked for and STILL did not have my ice cream or toppings for my dessert. I had to eventually go to the store and buy ice cream and caramel myself. This is the 4th meal I have ordered after getting 3 wrong beforehand but I try giving people the benefit of the doubt, but I am DONE..I will be driving to pick up food or cooking at home from now on even if I'm exhausted or sick etc. THANKS! more

My coworkers and I went to Humperdinks in Addison to celebrate the end of the week. The food was excellent. The beer was ice cold and drinks were very good. The service was great, very friendly staff. The GM. came by and visited with us to make sure we were being taken care of. Out of all the Humperdinks I have been in, I have never had a GM talk to me. Kudos on the GM. for doing such a good job. With that being said we are going back for the UFC fight tonight. See you tonight more

I loved it 10/20/2009

I had a hard time deciding what to eat when looking at the menu- but my whole table enjoyed their food and drinks while we watched the Cowboy's game. Pros: Good service and good food Cons: busy more

Awful All the way around!!! 9/6/2008

My boyfriend and I recently went to Humperdink's in Addison. When we walked in we stood and waiting for someone to come up greet us and seat us. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to finally come, this is at 6:45 pm too, prime dinner time. Then we had awful service followed by awful food. I had the Kobe Beef Burger. I have had better burgers at Wendy's. My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken sandwich. He said that it was ok, but he could have passed. Overall, this location and restaurant was absolutely terrible. I will never go back and I would recommend no one waste their time or money to go there. Pros: Location Cons: Bad Greet, Service and Food more
