Humanistic Foster Family

I am a former employee of Humanistic Foster Family Agency. The owner and administrator, Brenda Rees, has problems paying her clients as well as her employees. I started working there in August of 2007. My very first paycheck bounced! This caused me severe financial hardship because I was counting on this check to pay bills. When I went in to work the next day, Brenda did not offer any kind of an apology, simply wrote me a new check. I had my husband come to my work, pick it up and take it directly to Wells Fargo to cash it. Turns out, they wouldn't cash it unless we had an account, so we had to go through the trouble of opening an account just to cash my paychecks. Pros: Majority of the staff are decent people. Hey, looking for an FFA to join? Don't join this one! I was a foster parent here and the owner just does this to make money! She buys houses, cars and helps herself to our money of the foster parents. When we asked why she never has money to pay us, the administrator says its her biz. She can spend her money any way she wants! What an assbite! That is why the checks keep boucing. BONG BONG, me and my friends would yell when we would try to cash the checks at our banks, all to often we were told by the bank that there was no money to give us! Brenda owed us lots of money, when we would ask our social workers why this was happening, they would lie to us. Or... the owner would ask us to cash the checks later in the month. Think I'm full of it? I'm straight up! Call CCL and ask about Brenda and her ""bong bong"" loser foster agency! The adminstrator, social workers are all love to tell lies to cover up because they are being paid under the table to lie! This foster agency S_cks! I hope they close down!
