Huling Jr, Randall T, Md - Olive Branch Family Medical

I had an appointment 3 weeks ago. I have tried for the past week & a half to get a call back from the doctor to discuss my blood work & the Rx I was given. All I have gotten are calls from the office & a nurse - neither of which have been able to help (which is why I have asked specifically to speak with the doctor). I am so disappointed in the lack of caring I have been shown. It seems the only way to speak with the doctor is to make & pay for another appointment. I saw Dr Melissa Jones. I'm not sure how the other doctors treat their patients but I will not be returning to or recommending this practice. more

I really enjoyed my experience at OBFMC. They really are a great bunch. They help you in all of your needs. You get in and out of there in no time. I went with an emergency and its better than any other hospital or minor med i have been to. I can truly recommend any person at this clinic. The FNPs are great and very helpful. The nurses are very nice and caring. Please go check them out. more

OBFMC is a wonderful clinic! The FNPs are GREAT!!! The providers and nurses are very compassionate and caring. The FNPs are very thorough, efficient, friendly, and accurate in their diagnoses. Every time I go to OBFMC - I have an excellent experience! I highly recommend this clinic!!! more

I have to agree with Amanda...this place is awful.\r \r It's located in the center of Olive Branch, so you would think it would be convenient if you had a minor medical issue you need attending to.\r \r But you'd be wrong. You wait forever, they do an awful job of maintaining your records, and it figuratively and literally cold in here.\r \r Might as well go to a minor med clinic in Memphis. more

No matter if you have an appointment, you will surely wait for a long time, just to be ushered into a freezing cold room to wait for another long while, before seeing your doctor/nurse practitioner who spends a few minutes with you and then disappears while you ask yourself if you are supposed to remain in the exam room or proceed to the checkout. If you desire an appointment with a doctor, good luck to you. Every time i called to set up an appointment, the only one available was about 3-4 weeks away, unless I wanted to see a random person at the office. I was bounced around between at least 4 different people (nurse practitioners, nurses, and doctors)...so there was no personal relationship with someone who knew my history. They each just had a chart that was likely out of date and an inability to listen to what was actually ailing me. They have too many patients and too little time. more
