I bought a car from Huling Brothers.
First of all there was some minor
details omitted from my original
lease. Ok, onward.
I get a notice for my 20,000 check up.
Realistically, you spend 25K for
a vehicle so hopefully there can't
be too many problems with you
car.
I brought it in to service, I knew
I needed some brakes but got
handed a estimate for $1200 for all
these other things. I mean what
the heck needs to be so critically
changed for that price. I was handed
the bill like it was "so go pay it, what's
the problem".
I work hard for my money and I called
them back after talking with some
people who told me that I didn't need
all these things done to the car. I got
the bill reduced but just talked with
someone else recently who paid
$350 to "look the car over".
I think this is a rip off, no matter
what dealership you go to. Read
about cars and make the decision
yourself before you throw money
out the window. Gas prices are
high enough why put more money
on your car.
