Westerville Family Physicians is a wonderful facility. I needed test for work fairly quickly and they were able to get me in within a weeks time. The receptionist was very helpful and explained exactly what I would need to do before I came. Upon arrival I was taken back as the office was jam packed with people. I was afraid I was in for a VERY long wait. Much to my surprise I was given my paper work and within minutes of completing it was in the exam room. The exam rooms were very clean and I found the medical assistants to be very nice. The physician herself, was also great, but there are several physicians in the office. The physician made sure she got a thorough history on me and even though I was there for a simple test, she evaluate some existing problems. I was in and out of the office within an hour. I really like this facility and will recommend them to others.
