The duo established a reputable business and in 1988 Denny Lord joined the agency. In 1990 Joe Hughes began working for the agency and just a few short years later, in 1992, Denny Lord retired. Jon Taylor retired in 1997; simultaneously Kelly Having a joined the agency. As of January 1, 2013, Joe Hughes is the sole owner of the agency operation.
