This father son establishment is nothing but rudeness as soon as you walk in the door. IF you want their undivided attention, you better wear jewels and high dollar clothing because they wont acknowledge someone they assume cant afford their cars. (which are over-priced)Unless you walk in with an approved loan, dont even think about test driving one of their pieces of junk. With my personal case, i was greeted very nicely on the phone and told to come in and fill out a credit application, once i got down there it was a different story.Must be because im a young, minority, girl. I was pushed off back and forth between father and son shrugging me off. i asked to test drive a car and they told me ""no"" flat out. Not without a approved loan. ive never had a car salesman be so rude. Usually, when you go to a dealership, they're at your mercy, they are hoping for you to buy a car, so they go out of their way to accommidate. NOT THIS PLACE, you are at his mercy and he makes you feel like YOU owe HIM..so if he wants to sell you a car he will, if not, dont waste his time... And please do NOT ever have him do work on your vehicle..If you understand anything about cars, this story will blow you away! A good friend of mine actually purchased her car from Hughes a couple of years ago, and as a loyal customer, has always had it serviced through him. Everytime she did, Mr. Hughes would always say..""Bout time for a trade-In!?"" and everytime she would say ""nope, its paid off""
Pros: Rude, high and mighty so-called service.
Cons: Absolute poor service.
