What made this purchase so unique of a service problem is that I made a purchase of $665 on April 1, 2007 and was informed that the products would arrive in 4-6 weeks. --Not a problem. Six weeks later I did not get the product, so I called. Was informed of manufacture problems. This went on for over one year. Finely I was informed that a credit would be applied on my credit card. This has yet to happen. After trying to contact the owner he will not return my calls -- I have NOT received any product as promised, nor has any $ credit been applied back to my credit card. So now I am out over $665 plus finance charges on my credit card. Please beware and use cation. I also have been in contact with one other costumer who has experienced this also. There I am NOT the only person to receive this kind of service here. Please use caution here.
