Just left Hudson's and the food was wonderful. The buffet had a great selection and I especially enjoyed the fried catfish and then the pulled barbecue and hash. This is one of the best if not the best barbecue in town and you don't have to drive a long way to eat there. Keep up the good work. more

  • Established in 1995, Hudson's Smokehouse is a family restaurant that offers a variety of lunch and dinner options to guests. It is comprised of more than 50 people. The restaurant provides barbecued beef brisket and chicken plates, catfish sandwich, fried pork chops, nachos, and fried shrimp and house salads. Hudson's Smokehouse also offers a range of desserts and sauces. It specializes in providing custom catering services for various events, such as corporate parties, sports gatherings, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthdays and business luncheons. The restaurant also serves spinach, artichoke, French onion and Mexican dips, smoked turkey breast and gourmet chocolate chip cookies.
