Thank you for allowing me the chance to express my sentiments regarding my Hudson's experience. Let's just say it went from mediocre, to pretty bad, to fantastic. We had a few glitches in the ordering and timely-delivery area (four weeks late), but once the furniture arrived the delivery men were just outstanding so respectful, fun, and kind. They inspired me to send them off with a small lunch! That said, we (the delivery men and myself and family) discovered that one piece of the furniture was dirty and poorly-upholstered, and without missing a beat, the delivery guys reported it and the main store contacted me with such willingness to help. It was amazing. I have every confidence that all of this will be beautifully-handled, and with a tiny bit more patience everything will be fantastic in the end. My return to Hudson's will not have anything to do with the furniture, it will be because the staff is so responsible and determined to take good care of their clients. Thank you.
