This was our third purchase. The merchandise arrived on time (actually early) and to the specs we ordered. The customer service at both ends was exceptional. I would do business with Hudson again. more

Delivery was problematic. Jeff Howell, store manager, did a fabulous job with customer recovery.. He was kind and understanding and saw that there was follow through from the third party vendor. Jeff is very customer oriented and should be applauded by your company more

Or experience was a pleasure, no hassle , just helpful salesperson. We ordered furniture, ( sofa and recliner) it arrived at our door on time, perfect condition. Our 1st ordered was what we ordered, but after receiving it , we did not care for the chairs as, were too bulky, we will be able to return the counter chairs, hassle free and look for something that we would like better. more

I have purchased at Hudson't before and was very happy with the service, quality and delivery.....therefore, I purchased again. My only negative was the first time and the 2nd time I purchased.....that would be that I think Broyhill quality is very good but their fabric selection is NOT extensive enough.....at every price point. more

Hudson's has a broad range of excellent brand name furniture to fit all budgets and decorating needs. It is a pleasure to come to the store and see so many choices so well merchandised. More importantly the sales staff listen well, make spot on recommendations and a very pleasant to deal with. With so many furniture retailers in the market, it is a pleasure to keep coming back to Hudson's to satisfy our decorating needs. more

Bought over $10,000 in past 12 Mo. Couldn't get the Dinnette set we ordered last April and had a loaner we agreed to keep out of flustration. This fall when we returned to Fla. we wanted to try again for a much nicer set. They agreed to reimburse us for the loaner at full price as it had not been used. We purchased a much nicer set but even though they advertised Free Delivery and had to make a pickup of the origional set they insisted on charging me a $100.00 Delivery Fee. I didn't think that was right but had to agree to it. When delivery was made on time they hadn't pre inspected the chairs and there is one chipped. Now there has to be a exchange /repair made which could have been avoided. Some areas they could do better in. more

Great salesman. Very patient and very professional. The furniture purchased was really very nice but when it was delivered we realized it did not suit the room. Hudsons have a 30 day return policy, so for $99 pick up fee we were able to change it. more

I just purchased a Broyhill console wall unit. The sales rep was knowledgeable about both the furniture and decorating style. Delivery and setup was on time and profession. One board didn't fit properly, but the team is going to return with a new piece to complete the installation. If that goes well, I would move my rating to a 5 start. more
