I have never been so disappointed in a furniture store. The product is good, however if you enjoy being lied to, never getting call backs, or being short changed on refunds then this is the place.\r

Ordered a bed for our son, in March 2013, expecting delivery in April (we were charged at this time). After no call back we found there was a problem with the manufacturer - Lea. We patiently waited through June, July and August occasionally calling and always being told it should arrive soon. After a while I was asked if I wanted the manufacturer to call. We said yes and no one called\r

Hudson did deliver the mattress and box spring we ordered and supplied a metal frame due to the inconvenience. By September we decided enough was enough an requested a refund. We were refunded for the bed set but charged for the mattress, box spring and rails we did not order. When I called to complain, they stonewalled and told me they would get back to me. I called again the following week and again stonewalling with the offer to have the manager call me. No word from the manager yet and I expect they will never call. \r
