Not what it was 11/22/2008

Previously, this was our favorite Chinese buffet restaurant, and as a matter of fact, the only one we would patronize. At our last visit, the food was noticably lower in quality and remained longer on the buffet before being replaced. Since we have rejected many other buffet restaurants and were very happy with this one, it was particularly disappointing. Will give it one more try before writing it off. more

Great, Great Buffet 11/10/2005

This buffet is stuffed with a huge variety of food, from bbq ribs to shish ka bobs to sushi to plain old white rice! Hudson Buffet also provides a Mongolian Wok, where you can choose uncooked food from a buffet bar, and create a soup, or a stir-fried plate. It's very quick and efficient, too! I recommend this buffet to anyone that hungers for a filling asian cuisine more

great chinese buffet 8/13/2005

Hudson Buffet which is located in Fishkill right near Wal-Mart is a great buffet. This Chinese buffet is very reasonable and has great food. It is mostly Chinese food with a few exceptions of American food like french fries, pizza and other fried stuff. The service is like any other buffet place. You such try their food especially if you love seafood! more

Best Buffet in Hudson Valley 8/10/2005

The Hudson Buffet is the best buffet in the Hudson Valley. They have so much variety. Three rows of main dishes such as general tso's chicken, frog legs, crab rangoon, and chicken and broccoli plus another one for fresh fruit and dessert. They also have fresh sushi and a side where you can make your own dish. You choose from different raw materials and the cook makes the dish for you. Definitely a fave buffet of mine. more
