Huddy's Inn

Good: We can always rely on fresh foods, home made, superior choices, great and friendly service, the Best Place so close to us that we can just pick up also. We enjoy relaxing in a casual enviornent and bringing friends and family to dine with us, since we Luv The Food, and all the great service, and friends you end up meeting there :) The price is sensational for their food, if you enjoy hitting the bar for sports, or after work, it's super! We prefer your small booths and great friendliness. Joe & Mare. Bad: sometimes take outs Must be checked you can bring home the wrong item, or they are so busy, due to their well know great food, you have to check, oops.. Improvements: More Room Inside, which would be difficult to do, yet, possibly have a family room when there is a big party of children, and young babies. I love a peaceful surrounding while eating, and normally when we walk in they are aware we are headed to a quiet booth :). Other: An all over friendly Restaurant, I have been to so many all over, and this is my Fave!!. more

This place is a local favorite because it consistently delivers great food at affordable prices. Ive been there a million times and everything Ive ordered has been good. The deserts are pure comfort. The service is sometimes backed up but the staff is usally great at keeping you happy. They are just nice. Huddys is a great old standard to take the family and other families and eat at one of their huge tables. Never a disappointment. more

I am a frequent patron of Huddy's Inn, located in the posh Colts Neck section of New Jersey, and it is certainly one of my personal favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is very much laid back and subdued, and the food is always a delight! The prices are exceptionally affordable as well. The desserts can often be a bit pricey, but the entrees, or burgers, or salads are very much kind to your wallet. Unfortunately, the service can lag a bit, but only on occasion. Generally, I have been satisfied in terms of the service. They are always kind and courteous, so if for some reason, they are seldom slow, it can't be blamed on the waiters' kind demeanors, but on the kitchen itself. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone. It sums up the very idea of a restaurant in a nutshell: a relaxed atmosphere, with good service and great food! more

This restaurant is located in a strip mall and is very nice and welcoming. The dinnertime lighting is very appropriate and definitely sets the mood. The decor does have a theme that's not very difficult to identify. Tables are a little on the small side, but manageable. Prices: Dinnertime service will run you up in the low double digits - dependant of what you order of course. But well worth the price because the portion sizes will be enough for two meals. Portions: As said above, worth the money. Desserts are very tantalizing and they do have a large selection of foods available. Service: Definitely one of the best waitresses is named Jennifer. She was quick, courteous and came back to check to see if everything was alright a number of times. Extremely friendly and capable and very considerate. Overall: Sweet potato fries are something to try! Very tasty! Excellent place, with great food and service. A good place to frequent. more

All I can say is that Huddy's Inn is my MOST FAVORITE restaurant of all time. I have never had a bad meal and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with the Revolutionary War memorabilia bringing a great American feeling to it. The wait staff is quick and courteous and do all they can to make your meal enjoyable. Since discovering Huddy's Inn about 2 years ago, my husband and I have been there countless times and I always look forward to going. more
