Best place to talk to people in the mornings! 10/13/2010

I don't currently work there, but after reading these reviews, it really makes me miss working there! Customer service is what I'm all about, and I love serving people! It's easy enough to serve people in the morning! They just need to get their coffee, Gas and sandwich for lunch, and then get on with their day! I really do miss the customers there. My favorite sandwich to make was the spicy roast beef with pepperocini slices and smoked gouda cheese. It really is savory and filling! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to work there and get to meet ALL of your wonderful customers! more

Customer service not the best! 7/6/2009

The cashiers can't decide exactly whos job it is to get the mocha machine cleaned and running again. You ask one and she says a couple of hours; so you go back in 3 hours and it still doesn't work. That cashier says its up to the midnight crew! So you go back the next day 24 hours later and its not fixed. Talk to the 1st cashier and she says dont listen to the other guy hes a liar. Someone has to come in and clean them machine and fix it! What does it take to get a frozen Mocha!!! Pros: 69c fountain drinks Cons: Can't communicate on when the frozen mocha machine will get more
