We have frequented Huck's catfish on a few occasions. They are a local catfish restaurant that claims to offer much more than catfish.
While their catfish is one of the best in the area, the rest of the menu leaves a lot to be desired. When a gentleman in our group (27 years old) ordered a burger he received a very small and plain burger that was more appropriate, size wise, for a child. There were no frills, it was meat, sauce and bread with a hint of lettuce.
The atmosphere is very basic, concrete floors, small chairs and wipeable table clothes. The temperature is never an extreme, it's always muggy in the dining rooms.
The wait staff is usually young which makes for a lot of energy, which is a plus, but also makes for inexperience, which is a minus.
