We called Hucker Electric for some much needed electrical work to be done. And a very nice and competent young man came out to give us an estimate for our work, after assessing our needs/wants he gave us a very reasonable quote. And as it happens he was able to do the work needed the very same day. So we told him to go ahead and complete the work, he explained each and everything he did and was done in no time at all. And he cleaned up the mess himself, left no dirt at all. He showed us all he had done and then presented us with the bill which we gladly paid. This was such a positive experience and we felt that Othell Flowers (our electrician) was VERY competent and knowledgeable of his trade. We will call him in the future for any/all electrical needs. more

Hucker Electric, nice job of inspection, recommendations and repairs 11/13/2016

Tony B. did a great job of examining a number of to do's in my house and yard. He replaced an exterior outlet and cover. He listed a number of actions that could be taken and their respective costs. I now have the info needed for budgeting and future decisions. I have no idea how the prices compare to another contractor. I thought some items would be addressed as time and material things, but instead are figured by going to a set book price, like at an auto mechanic. more

Electric Service Appointment 10/4/2016

I scheduled a service appointment. Hucker Electric responded promptly. Made an appointment for the following day, Tony B was the service pro. He was very professional. He provided me with estimates on a couple of electrical repair requests I had made. He took the time to explain everything in detail. Gave me different options to choose from. He scheduled service for a time that fit my work schedule. He came back on time. Performed all requests to my satisfaction, I could not be more impressed with Hucker Electric. more

Troubleshoot an outlet problem 4/29/2016

Othello arrived on time and was very professional and extremely helpful with my electric problem. He identified the problem immediately and repaired it quickly. I would recommend Hucker for your home electric repairs. more

Need to have electrical work done? 4/28/2016

I called Hucker Electric to put new ballasts and bulbs in two kitchen ceiling fixtures. Tony was polite, friendly and prompt. He told me exactly what he was going to do, wrote an estimate and then finished the work efficiently. Customer service was good, the work was well done and I am completely satisfied. more

Repair of light fixture 10/30/2015

Tony B. diagnosed a problem with an existing outside light fixture. He found a way to salvage the fixture using a new socket in his truck, so I did not need to replace it. He also removed a broken light bulb from an inside track lighting fixture and explained to me how to prevent this from occurring again. He provided excellent service for a reasonable, fair price. He arrived on time and his experience and knowledge enabled him to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. more
