Huck Finn's Playland

This place is huge! It is so huge you find yourself walking past the same stuff after about 4 hrs...that is if you go fast. They have something for everyone and every part of the house from the bedroom to the yard and garage. They also have some very nice highline items from mattresses to carved wood furniture at prices that were $$$ much lower than anyone else. I shopped 6 other furniture stores in town and just happened to visit Huck Finns last and they had exactly what I was looking for. I paid and within minutes it was loaded in my car and I was on my way excited that I saved a few hundred dollars. Staff is friendly and very helpful and not pushy like other furniture stores...No high pressure games at Hucks just selection and savings! more

This place is really big. If you have never been before, leave yourself time to see all that they have to offer. They are pretty good at being competitive in finding something similar at a fair price. Because it is so big, they have a Subway located inside the building. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The loading dock employees do their best to provide you with the means to load your purchase, but they will not load it due to liability issues. more

This store is packed with tons of furniture and other stuff. They have strange hours, and it seems most times i go it is closed. The quality of the items is so/so and they are a little on the expensive side for what you get. My Sister got a pull out love seat bed, which was perfect for her dorm room. Since it is so big, it takes forever to see everything in the store. more

Huck Finns warehouse has 2 floors of merchandise. They sell a lot of unfinished furniture, rugs, house wares. They are reasonably priced. Plan on spending a few hours just looking at stuff. They have a lot of neat things. Finding the place is a bit tricky you may need a map. They have tons of parking. They are wheelchair accessible. more

Even if I'm not shopping for anything in particular, I love to wander around Huck Finn's! They have a great selection of framed art. I also enjoy all the books, kitchen stuff and odds and ends. Great finds at great prices. The furniture is okay. Some of it is great quality (ready to finish wood pieces look really nice) and some looks cheap (think particle board with fake wood finish). The prices are reasonable and it's always my first stop when looking for furniture. more

I love to wander around this place - even when we aren't shopping for furniture. They have an amazing selection of couches and unfinished pine furniture. Then there's the wide selection of area rugs. I also enjoy digging through the bargain bins - everything from books to cheese slicers. They have clean restrooms and even a Subway in case you get hungry. The people are super friendly and nice, too. more

Huck Finns is great if you need to furnish your home. The prices are phenomenal. We have purchased an area rug, a futon, a recliner and a dresser for the baby's room from Huck Finn's. The quality is very good. You would think that we purchased it from a high end furniture shop. With such low prices you would think that they only had a few items to choose from but their place is full of stuff. Sometimes I like to go in there just to browse and end up buying a ton of stuff. more
