A TOTAL JOKE...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently bought a 2007 Nissan Murano. When i test drove the vehicle it was very dirty. I bought the vehicle and had in writing to receive a full in/out detail and new rubber floor mats. I had to drive to dealership several times to drop off and pick up my new car after they supposedly cleaned it. The two times i went to pick my car back up it was still dirty. They have wasted my time and gas back and forth.They also gave me used floor mats. They gave me a car off of the lot to drive while mine was being "cleaned" and they did not put any gas in the vehicle. I spoke with the general manager and he was very unprofessional and rude. He told the lot kid to take a rag and water to my leather to get the remaining spots off,which still didnt work. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them at all. Poor customer service,the worst i have ever received from a dealership. Hopefully this will help someone out there
