Absolutely disgusted 3/7/2007

I recently had my Mazda Rx-8 sent to Gran Prix collision for minor repairs. They have had my car for the entire month of Febuary and so far the entire first week of march. I have been told 8 different times that my car would be ready on a certain day. Each of those 8 times I had to make arrangements with work and a ride only to find out that my car was not ready. As of yet they still have my car and I don't see it getting back to me anytime soon. I will ever use Gran Prix again... more

Great place to get your car fixed 6/1/2006

My husband was involved in a car accident on the way home from work one night. A woman sideswiped his truck and tore the whole side up. Her insurance company sent us to Gran Prix Collision for an estimate on the damage. We figured the two companies worked together and my husband's truck would be fixed at the minimum they could get away with. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. They fixed the truck up like new without hesitation. It was great. This company sided with the victim rather than the insurance company. more
