Hub Cap Annie

Few of my friends told me to go straight here, they were right. Best service, communication, fast, friendly and they go beyond to help customers out. This Hub Cap Annie Las Vegas branch over at Charleston & Eastern is where you wanna go for hub caps, fixing bent wheels or even tires. David and the others are good kind people, i would recommend this branch. They do what they can do and look for more options for better results. (If its ruined its ""ruined"", buy a new one. Its not their fault it got f*****-up the first place.) more

I heard a lot of good reviews about this place so i thought I'd give it a try. I emailed them first to see if my rim was able to be repaired. I received a response within in a. hour. It read ""it shouldn't be a problem"". So i dropped off the rim and the manager looked hesitant to take the rim but decided to anyway. I come back the next day to look at the rim. Cosmetically it was ugly, but i was going to get them refinished anyway. so that wasn't my main concern. But I asked the manager ""THIS WILL ROLL STRAIGHT RIGHT?"" He then paused and said, ""you might want to put this in the back."" He then proceeded to give me a discount.... I don't understand this logic. I didn't ask for a discount... so the reasoning behind him giving me the discount was to hide the fact that they in fact didn't fix my rim. i don't mind paying full price if you in fact did the job that you said you would do. but after getting it mounted... it doesn't roll straight and is USELESS. I would of liked a straight forward answer that told me that they couldn't fit my rim. it would of saved me time and money.. now i have to try to find some other business to fix there mistake. more

Took my chance and headed over to have my rim looked at.Best move I ever made. Pleasant and helpful, no appt. and was in and out in no time.Car rides so so much better like it was when it was new.Though I hope I don't need them anymore...it's good to know there are still some honest people around doing a great job. more

While I was in Las Vegas Last Jan, I must have hit the only pot hole there causing a flat tire and bending the rim. I was told by someone that there is a place called hubcap annies and that he could help me! Very honest business. They fixed my bent wheel while I waited and charged me exactly what they said they would. It is refreshing to find a business you can trust these days. If you have a missing hub cap or need a wheel repaired this is the place to go. Don't let the appearance or location fool you. Pros: Fast and affordable. Cons: Lack of Parking and only one car bay to perform service. more

I was very upset when I damaged my alloy wheel that I only had for 3 months. I was desperate to get it fixed, so I took it to Hubcap Annie's in Las Vegas, NV and was in and out of their office within 30 minutes. No appointment, no hassle, nothing! I was very happy with the repair job on the alloy wheel and honestly did not notice the damaged area that had been fixed till I brought my car home and looked at it in the bright sunlight. It was fixed very carefully and hardly noticeable. I would recommend Hubcap Annie to everyone!! more
