Bent over backwards for us 7/6/2009

Although I can't report on the quality of their work, I can report on their service. Our car broke down while passing through on a Sunday late afternoon on holiday weekend. We called them at the recommendation of the McDonald's we were stuck at. And these folks went far beyond the call of duty. They towed our car all the way to Traverse City, and even gave us a free ride in a separate vehicle to Traverse City, all during a holiday weekend and all at a very reasonable rate. Some of the nicest people we've ever met. more

Not the place for us. 9/26/2008

We were not happy with the service we got here. We had to bring the vehicle back a few times for peeling paint. While they were very nice, we just did not feel as if we got our moneys worth. When we brought it back, they did fix it for free. But it was a hassle. more
