Furniture delivery 10/28/2021

Dominic and Robert delivered our new Lexington bedroom set today and they were awesome. On time and extremely patient and helpful. Both of these men exemplify why my wife and I have been shopping at Howard Lorton for over 20 years. Excellent product selection and fantastic service. To us, there is no other place to buy furniture in Denver. Thanks, Dominic and Robert. I really appreciated your help! more

Great Furniture Delivery! 9/22/2021

Dominic and Excell did a wonderful job delivering and setting up my new sectional. They were attentive, considerate and funny! They did not leave until they knew I was satisfied with the sofa location and suggested pads for the feet of the sofa so it would not scratch my floor. The service was fantastic and I love my sofa! more

Excellent service from the start! 7/21/2021

With the assistance from Roger, I was able to select beautiful, unique and solid furniture for my new apartment at a great price. Everything was delivered perfectly on the date set. The three delivery men: Dominic, Russell Bank and (I apologize but cannot recall the third gentleman's name) delivered and set up an entire apartment (on the third floor with no elevator) in such a professional manner. They were careful not to scuff the floors, placed the securely wrapped furniture where I requested and were friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I am definitely returning. more

Amazing customer service! 5/21/2021

Went into the store this morning and purchased 4 chairs.The earliest time on the delivery schedule was in 3 weeks so Fernando stepped up and said he was already going to be in our area and could deliver them today!!! Sure enough, several hours later I got a call that they were on their way! Not only are the chairs perfect but the service was outstanding!!!! more

Superb Customer Service and Professional 3/11/2021

CJ and Romeo were very professional and they provided us with great customer service from the time that they knocked on our door until they left. Their communication was awesome and they were both very respectful. This is the second time that Romeo has made a delivery to our house and it was no different from the first time. Phenomenal Delivery Service 6/24/2019

Jay and Bryan delivered our two rooms full of furniture to Grand County for us. They were extremely careful and considerate. On arriving, they asked how we wanted the furniture set up and made sure that we were happy with everything when they left... down to placing the pillows on the sofas. Terrific service from a great company. It takes a long time for custom furniture to be made, so perfect delivery is a must! Thanks guys! more

Howard Lorton Furniture - absolutely great delivery drivers 3/20/2019

My first encounter with the delivery drivers was Jay. He came to my house to pick up some chairs that needed repair work and was super polite and conscientious in keeping me posted on the repair progress and in ensuring that the re-delivery date and time worked for me. He went way out of his way. When he redelivered the chairs, he was working with Rob, and they were kind enough to pick up a very heavy piece of furniture high quality furniture that I no longer needed and that I wanted to donate to a good cause. Both Rob and Jay were absolutely awesome and went far and above and way beyond anything I could have hoped for. And Howard Lorton has been great on its customer service follow-up. I had some minor problems with furniture on occasion and there has been no hassle in getting them to take care of it. I will keep buying from them. more

Excellent delivery service from Howard Lorton 3/10/2019

Lorence and Excell delivered four pieces of furniture, including a heavy three-seater with two recliner ends, on an icy morning up our ten long steps. They still removed their shoes every single time to avoid tracking anything on our new wood floors. Both of these guys were courteous and cheerful despite the conditions, and made sure to adjust position of all the furniture to our exact liking. more

Howard Lorton furniture deliver 1/24/2019

The delivery staff was great! They had to shovel a bit of ice away, put down ice melt and evaluate how to get the large, HEAVY desk into the house. These four men were friendly and courteous. They made sure that there was no damage to the desk or the house. They cleaned up after themselves and offered to do more than I allowed. Very professional!!! more
