The kids had a blast in the pool. Slide & waterfall was so much fun & we even liked it.

Worst

Absolutely the rudest staff you can imagine. They were so unhelpful and rude. This ""business"" if you want to call it that, does not even deserve one star. I will NEVER do busine...

Howard Johnson in hot springs 6/29/2009

not a good place to stay. Do not stay there. They accused me of taking towels that I didn't take and charged me 15.00 for 1 towel. I talked to the manager about it and she called me a liar. She said that her husband cleans the rooms and it was gone. Maybe they put 1 less towel in our room. I don't know how many are in there but the room was nasty the service was awful. alot of drunks walking up and down the stairs that went to our room because they were outside. I should be more mad about the safety of my children. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND ADVISE THAT NOONE ELSE MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. more
