Houston Home Buyers came to my rescue. I thought I was going to have to repair my foundation and roof and more before selling my 30 year old home. Instead I sold it to investors and there was NO real estate commission and NO repairs. This is the easiest way to sell a home. more

It is true that you don't have to wait for or pay a realtor but the price they offer is going to be lower than you expect. But it was a headache saver. more

Sold my Rental Property 3/7/2013
