Houston Luxury Limo

October 2013\r Horrible... Did not meet expectations...\r The only positive thing I have to say is they were punctual and the drivers were very friendly.\r I had never been on a party bus and was looking forward to this experience for my birthday. The amount of money I was charged for the services was way too much for a dirty, smelly, broken party bus. The party bus smelled like vomit and the mirrors were not clean at all. The strobe lights, smoke machine, and tv did NOT work and the speakers were busted. Two of the three compartments for ice were missing. The door immediately started opening once were got on the road which is a big safety issue and they would not send another bus to pick us up before we would go to our second destination. The staff was very friendly at the time I made my reservation and I was looking forward to recommending this company to everyone I know but I will definitely be looking for a better company for future airport drop offs, bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, weddings, and all our future quinceaneras. more

I give them credit for being very thorough and responsive when setting up the reservation. However, they require payment up front, in cash, which I am not a fan of (that is paying for a service before you receive it). Our driver also did not take the most direct route to and from the church which could also have cost implications if you exceed the time for you reservation. I was referred to this company upon the recommendation of my usual driver that takes me to/from the airport. I wish I would have read some of these reviews prior to booking the service. more

Destiny Limousine was horrible this weekend. I rented a 30 person bus. The bus broke down after a few minutes of arriving at the first pick up location. After over an hour delay, they sent two strecthed Hummers to take our party out while they waited to get another bus. When the evening was finished, they would not credit me for the time that was wasted waiting for alternate transportation. I spoke to the owner who has a heavy accent and does not care about customer service. They asked for $400 on my CC to reserve the buss and $1,200 cash to the driver. They wanted more money at the end of the night, when I was expecting a credit. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. more

Destiny Limo service is a HUGE rip-off. They take your money, don't give you the service you paid for, and become jerks when you ask for a refund. more

Bought some tickets to the Texans Vs. Cowboys game this weekend. Did not want to pay the $100 for the parking passes. Called this service and they could do a limo for just a little more than a $100. It was a very good decision took my wife and daughter, got some cool pics in limo to put on Facebook and avoided the hassle of parking. Overall great experience! more

A good friend of ours told me about this limo service, they had used them before for there daughters Quinceanera and said they did a good job. So we decided to try them for my daughters Quinceanera as well, they did a very good job and we will be using then for our younger daughters Quinceanera when she comes of age. more
