We loved working with Kasia - she was 6/10/2012

We loved working with Kasia - she was sensitive to our dog's needs and her particular behavioral issues. We felt that she was always very professional and genuinely cared about the progress our dog made with each session. Kasia takes the long-view on dog training and really makes sure that things stick and emphasizes the ""homework"" that is necessary to work with your dog in the beginning. We saw major progress in our dog's behavior, self-confidence, and reaction time within just a few weeks; in five weeks our ""rescue dog"" quickly became our best friend. more

Excellent and Competent Dog Trainer 3/3/2012

Kasia is a wonderful dog trainer. She uses positive methods that help create a thinking dog who figures things out (and makes good choices so he doesn't have to be micro-managed) and also a dog who wants to work, wants to learn. I've met with her several times to work with my new service dog I received from a program (we were matched not long ago). She has really helped us make the transition into being a team and working together cooperatively. She explains the techniques thoroughly and gives homework for us to work on at home. She taught me how to work effectively with my dog --and gave me tools to use to hone the areas we need work on as well as how to teach new things to him in a fun way that engages his mind. My dog loves going to meet with her because he knows a fun time of training is in store! more

Wonderful Dog Trainer 12/20/2011

We are so glad that we found Kasia. We just finished our 5th private training session with her and we can't believe how much of a difference training has made for our dog Envy (1 ½ Australian Cattle Dog Mix). We are very pleased with the improvements we’ve seen in our dog’s behavior since we began training. Kasia taught us how to motivate our dog with praise & positive reinforcement. She makes training fun for both the owner and the dog. She took plenty of time answering our questions and explaining her training techniques. We are very thankful for the tools she has given us to better train and understand our dog. Training is not a quick process but if you dedicate your time and work with a very knowledgeable trainer like Kasia you will see amazing results. more

Highly Recommended 8/13/2011

We met Kasia through Friends for Life, the shelter from which we adopted our dog and the one for which she volunteers. With the adoption came a voucher for one introductory training session, donated by Kasia. During the initial session, she addressed any concerns we had and offered suggestions on how to correct them. We purchased further sessions before the end of our first meeting. Kasia takes a cerebral approach to dog training. She spends ample time explaining the logic behind the training techniques, basically training you to be a trainer. She mixes the mundane, but necessary, training with fun exercises so that neither owner nor dog becomes bored. If difficulties or questions arise between sessions, she promptly addresses them over phone or email. Kasia works well with both people and dogs. I highly recommend her services. more

Impressive Results! 7/17/2011

Kasia was wonderful to work with and truly helped me gain better control over my two dogs. Both dogs had issues with aggression towards some other dogs; therefore, my goal in meeting with Kasia was to train them to immediately obey in all situations. Learning how to teach the dogs to ""leave it,"" and ""go say hi"" have proved to be valuable when avoiding certain dogs and meeting new people. I would recommend Kasia and am thankful for the teaching tools she equipped me with. more

Kasia was such a big help to our family 6/25/2011

I didnt know what to expect with a dog trainer but I have to say that I feel like we really lucked out with Kasia. Our dog Gavin is a rescue dog and came to us with some aggression issues. We were worried that even though Gavin is truly perfect with our family, we were going to have to return him because of his behavior towards strangers. Kasi worked with me to show me numerous techniques to help Gavin cope with his insecurities/fears around new situations. Once I felt more confident with how to deal with our dog, he felt a lot more relaxed. I think Gavinis the kind of dog that we'll always have to work with but Kasia has given us some really great tools. I am a much more confident dog owner and Gavin is reaping the benefits of that. He is going to be a very valued member of our family for a long, long time. Thank you Kasia!! more

Best Dog Trainer Ever! 4/7/2011

Kasia was truly amazing! Two of my dogs were at each other's throats. Kasia worked with my dogs: Lilly, Kelley, Sammy, and Angel. They were like putty in her hands! Not only that, but Kasia was so kind when she would gently correct me. I worked with another dog trainer before, and Kasia is the best! My dogs are much better behaved now. When, I think of Kasia and how she worked with me, she can best be described as someone who works with love, acceptance, and respect. more
