Do not even bother with this realty group or any three of them that they work with (Associate and Randolph Field Realty) Especially, Virginia Ulrich! They claim to not look at anything before 24 months ago on your credit and then will deny you for things that are 6 years old. They also say you have to have 6 months verifiable income, yet they do not state it has to be in ONE place.\r \r They want your app fees, that's about it and lie about what they are looking for! They want perfect credit in a bad economy or military ONLY! They also only have terrible, overpriced houses in bad neighborhoods. Almost every house they offer has asbestos all over it. \r \r My husband lost his job and got one immediately and since he was not there for 6 months, they denied him. Even though he found something immediately and he is in construction! There is a recession for heaven's sake! \r \r They are completely misleading and thieves! more

I would stay away from Housley's Home Management. Virginia Ulrich was our agent there, and she signed off on almost $500 in charges upon move-out from a rental house they managed. The charges were completely unwarranted - for things like trimming a cactus to the edge of the driveway - things that were not specified in the lease and for which we weren't given any advance notice during the walk-through. Completely unethical. more
