After spending a couple days emailing them to make sure I ordered the correct beaters for my sunbeam mixer I paid for them. They told me they are on backorder for 2-4 months. I was okay with that b/c my 'old' beaters work but not good and the mixer is over 50 years old. The $30.00 was debited from my account on September 16, 2013. I still don't have the beaters and of course NO ONE answers the phone number listed on my bank statement or from the website !!! VERY BAD COMPANY -- I AM GLAD IT WASN'T ANY WORSE FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I ordered parts in September 2013. The money was taken from my checking and I have still not got what I ordered. I have sent emails and called and the recordings just say all lines are busy. I am so mad that nothing can be done. What a rip off more

I have never been so suckered by a company in my life!! I ordered $150 of products from them and after the money was taken I never received any products or further communication! Its now been close to 2 1/2 months and I've tried calling and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have been unsuccessful in getting any further communication from the company. Never use this company!! more
