I was very impressed with the service I received from HousecallMDNY. My doctor wasnt available and I certainly did not want to wait in the Emergency Room for hours to deal with a bad sinus infection. Dr. Seitz came right over, examined me, called in a couple of prescriptions and I was back at work 24 hours later. So I called HousecallMDNY after being frustrated with my own physician. The long waits and the feeling of being rushed through the visit made me feel like I was on an assembly line. To be fair, I had some vague complaints - arthritis, fatigue, etc. - and maybe my doctor thought I was a hypochondriac and didn't take me seriously. He gave me a prescription to get a couple of blood tests at a local lab thinking that I might have Lyme's Disease. Well - he was right. And after a month of antibiotics which he prescribed, I'm doing great. From what I have read its lucky he caught my case pretty early.
