My experience with HouseCall Home Inspections was really good. Kevin showed up on time and got the job done efficiently. But, the part I liked most was the report. The report was really well done. It had color photographs and it thoroughly covered all areas of the house. The comments he made were practical. If something needed our attention he made sure to specify what level of attention was necessary, so we knew if something needed done immediately or not. The report was also very well organized. He laid out each section clearly, so we could easily go through it and find specific things. When he came to perform the inspection I was not here. He just did his thing without me having to be on site, which was nice and convenient. He is very dedicated and i think he has the process all figured out. more

I have an older home that I needed to get inspected, and I used HouseCall Home Inspections. He was very, very thorough. Thorough is the main word that comes to mind when I recommend people to him. He was very professional, and remained behind the scenes. I barely noticed he was there throughout the inspection. I was very pleased with it. He provided me the information about his recommendations for what I needed to fix. He also gave me a DVD and all the information so that I could work off of it. I highly recommend HouseCall. more
