It is unfortunate the customer was unhappy with the service but we made every effort to pay for the damage done to the garage. We would have gladly paid the $500 deductible for the damage had the customer not demanded we pay for a completely new garage when minor repairs were what was necessary. more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 6/10/2009

Their old dDelivery guy ran his dump truck into my garage, causing thousands of dollars in damage. When i submitted through my insurance company for repairs, the owner offered to pay $500 of my deductible. When it came to actually paying, he decided he just 'wasn't going to get involved anymore.' What a piece of work. Just another example of a poorly run business. Run far far away from this place! Cons: Jack (owner) is a joke - will not hold true to their word more
