Experienced sales associates that are very confused in every aspect of ordering to processing to delivery. Waited 3 days for delivery of one missing appliance out of 5. Waiting time for delivery is 4-6 hour window, if they show which they didn't 2x. Frustrating! appliances came damaged and needed another day off from work for repair people. This is the fourth kitchen we've remodeled and the first time with House of Appliances and the last. Not open on Saturdays and Sundays? Why? Don't most people buying high end appliances work or travel Mon-Fri? Friends also had problems.
