Couldn't Agree More 1/17/2006

Dr. Kraft is excellent but it is a mystery where they get their staff. They don't answer phones, or if they do you get put on hold. They cannot make decisions on their own and they make getting refills of contacts a real challange. I agree, Dr. Kraft makes it worth the pain but htere has got to be a better way. more

Dr. Kraft saves this branch from going under 10/16/2005

The staff is horrible and expects you to know how their business processes work when speaking with them - and then make you feel like an idiot if you don't know. Not helpful at all. Dr. Kraft is the best I have seen in the past few years and is the only reason I suck it up and walk into that office. Pros: Doctors more
