Nice Hang Out 6/13/2002

I went here while visiting the area and found Houligans to be a nice place to hang out with friends. You can be low key or hit the dance floor. Great drinks, nice bartenders. Not too small. I also enjoyed the local band. Pros: Fun, Tasty Drinks more
