This company is horrible. Had a small problem with shower not shutting off completely. They sent out a worker who didn't have a clue or the correct tools. Had to wait over an hour for another worker to come out and ""assist"" - Still couldn't fix the problem. Came back again the next day and ended up doing a hatchet job of replacing the shut off. They also shut the water off to the entire condo complex 2 days in a row without notice to the association and got me in trouble. Never gave me an estimate for the work. just sent me a bill for over 2 months mortgage!!!!! And they would not make payment arrangements even though the cost was so outrageous. I ended up paying for their incompetence!! Would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone! more

Had the company come in to install appliances so that they could be connected to the water and gas pipes. Seems simple yet why they charged me $2,400 is beyond me. Tried to dispute the invoice because they charged the condo association whom I have to pay back but never got a call back. The company is a complete rip-off. Had they given me a proper estimate, I would have stayed the hell away. DO NOT do business with the owner Dave, called and left messages numerous times and not once has he called back. Wish I had read the first review here before I made the mistake of calling. Would give 0 stars if possible. more

My landlord had them come do work a month ago. They had to come back to replace the thermostat in one of the rooms. It's been a month. I've called at least 5 times and spoken to people who claim they will follow up and call me back. Only once has someone called me back. She scheduled a date to have them finish the work and they were supposed to call when in the area. Never called. I called them and they still haven't called me back. Is this how all service companies work? I'm so frustrated. it's almost November and I have no thermostat! Pros: they hooked up the plumbing fine Cons: they haven't finished the work. more
