Keep Your Execs AWAY! 5/27/2004

I reserved 9 rooms for some of our Execs who came down from AZ. The hotel was misserable! Their AC broke and the rooms were dam and stuffy; they took their time repairing the unit but failed to inform me prior to checking in. The decor is really nice but the hotel needs to improve on service. Pros: Location, Decor more
