We were just staying here for a quick meeting with Northwestern. It is actually a surprisingly nice hotel in Evanston. More than I expected. If I could give it 3 1/2 stars I would, it is somewhere between good and great.
In any case, the room are OK, pretty big, but they have a really nice design. There is a USB keyboard and mouse, so you just plug your laptop in and you have a nice keyboard. That's a great touch.
Terrific bed as well.
Main drawback is that at 9PM, everything closes, you can only get bar food and there is take out from the Denny's, so don't get in on a late flight from Seattle (hint!).
Very inexpensive though for Chicago. Kind of cool neighborhood for those of who remember Risky Business!
