The hotel formerly known as a Best Western and later the Marina Pacific Hotel has once again transformed into something new. Only this time, it really seems to mean it. With fresh paint and a beachy mod aesthetic--think cute, clean and slightly rock 'n' roll thanks to the rock star photos lining the walls, not to mention the dining room and patio called Hash and the rooftop lounge known as High--the beachside haven still keeps things chill with rooms starting at around $150 a night. Of the 119 guestrooms, 38 are one-bedroom suites, which include queen sofa beds, wet bars, fireplaces and balconies. There's also meeting space for up to 65 people and a fitness center. But when you're right by the beach, who wants to work ... or work out?
