This is the most awesome location! i was staying right in Times Square! when i had made my online booking, and was quoted the price, i imagined that i would be staying somewhere very secluded and far from all the glitz that New York City has to offer. but boy was a suprised when i realized that this Hotel was a mere block away from where the ""New Years Ball drop is"" AMAZING! i have already booked rooms for myself and friends for the 2003 celebration... WOWIE! WHAT A LOCATION! 6/26/2002

I REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT THIS HOTEL IS IN A PERFECT LOCATION, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHERE WE WANTED TO STAY. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO NEW YORK.WE WALKED EVERYWHERE!!THE ROOMS WERE PLAIN, BUT SPACIOUS, WE HAD A KING SIZED BED AND OUR OWN BATHROOM. THE RATES WERE VERY GOOD, BUT IF YOU ASK FOR A DISCOUNT, SOMETIMES YOU WILL GET ONE, I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON THE MOOD OF THE FRONT DESK PERSON(PERHAPS THIS HOTEL IS FAMILY OPERATED BY ORIENTALS?) WE STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS AND ON OUR 3RD NIGHT THERE, GUESTS WERE EVEN SERVED COMPLIMENTARY DINNER IN THE LOBBY. IT WAS QUITE FUNNY BUT FUN AT THE SAME TIME AS WE MADE SOME FRIENDS THAT TURNED OUT CAME FROM THE U.K AS WE DO. I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AT CARTER AGAIN. WHAT A BARGAIN!!! 6/3/2002

I CANNOT BELIVE THAT I CAN FIND SUCH A DEAL IN SUCH AN AREA AS TIMES SQUARE!!!!! MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ABLE TO DINE AT THE BEST PLACES AND I WAS ABLE TO GO SHOPPING GUILT FREE!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS THERE WAS ONLY ONE SIZE TOWELS , SO I RECOMMEND CALLING FOR AMMNITIES INFO BEFORE ARRIVAL. BUT ALL IN ALL I GIVE HOTEL CARTER 2 THUMBS UP!!!
