The Hot Tomato Cafe is the perfect combination of great pizza, perfect beer (New Belgium), great service, and casual atmosphere. They have a pesto pizza that I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when I am lucky enough to be in Fruita. more

Best Pizza in the West! 3/9/2007

Simply put, this is the best pizza in the west! Hand tossed New York style thin crust pizza, I think they hand make all their dough too.\r If you are in Fruita you must go there. more
