Hot Spring Spas

My brother in law bought a 2002 Grandee off Craig's List. Sure enough shortly after getting up & running the heater goes out. So he does his research & finds a cheap heater on the internet. Orders the heater, installs it & sure enough that heater doesn't work. Of course he got off the internet so now has tried calling, returning etc & he is basically stuck. I have a Hot Springs, it's been great & my dealer has always been helpful. I call the local dealer & speak with Thad. I give him the information on the spa & he pulls up the correct heater & they have in stock. I go to pick up the heater & while there Thad helps my brother in law with some water chemistry questions he had, explains how to install the heater & was really helpful. We get home, go to install the heater & run into some wiring questions. We call the showroom & they had closed for the night. We were worried because it was cold & we were afraid of water freezing. To our surprise Thad somehow got the message, called us after hours & walked us through to make sure the heater was up & running. Saved us from the spa possibly freezing. Thank You Hot Springs/Thads. Even though we didn't buy the spa from them they were awesome at helping us out. more

I needed some replacement parts. What better place to get the correct parts then the dealer. I expected the price to be a bit higher then what I found online, but I didn't expect the parts to be three times higher. I questioned why there was such a great difference. I promptly was offered a ""discount"" of over 50% I would suggest contacting them to get the correct parts numbers you will need, but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN STORE! You will be much better off getting your supplies online. more

I absolutely love my Hot Spring Spa! I have the Grandee and love it! It's the most user freindly spa ever! I've owned 2 other spas that weren't Hot Springs and they were a pain. My first spa was a Jacuzzi and they sold me on their quality and name, but it was a major hassle to take care of. I then found a company that would take my 1-year old spa in on trade. BIGGER MISTAKE! The Coleman I got ran all the time and the maintenance was a bear. It was cheaper and that meant it was CHEAP! If your looking for a spa DON'T mess around...go Hot Springs! Pros: Clean water, low utilities and quiet Cons: Neighbor is always wanting to use it all the time more
