After making a good impression the first time, I decided to call them again to move me. I should have used my instincts and not called. After successfully crushing my glassware and my entertainment system which their ""fully Insured"" insurance was suppose to cover they told me we can get you new glassware and get your entertainment system fixed ""Don't you Worry' I spoke with Tim and he told me that I can either keep $50 (hahha) for the damages or he can replace the broken glass (I did not believe him for a second) . Then came the extortion after the owner Tim Brown asked me to give him an additional $300 for the remaining stuff left in my house since the truck was full and he would lose money if he did a second round even though just the day before the move he told me that it will cost me $500 to move everything in my house. I then asked him that since the job isnt complete will he come back to get the rest of the stuff maybe later he then told me he wont be coming back unless I gave him another $300 to get a few things left back at the house, Word to the wise, I'm not some scorned customer, I just wanted to put this out there so people don't make the same mistake of falling for his bubbly personality and get taken to the cleaners... The rest is up to you.. He's a flat rate guy which means he/they will do the job as soon as possible while dis-regarding the safety of your personal items. I suggest using someone who charges hourly this way they won't do a rush job and break and or extorte money out of you.... Good Luck....
