This place is disgusting. I guess people like over priced,1980's style, over boiled, bland, elementary school cafeteria food. Tastes like rat meat. Where do you even get canned cole slaw? Why does it take 10 people to put my order together? I'd rather eat a dog turd wrapped in a piece of stale Wonder bread. Not to mention the poorest customer service ever!!! Totally rude. I will never , EVER, go back. They should call it ""Dog Food Heaven"". GROSS!!! more

If this is the best, Chicago has to offer, what a shame. The hot dogs tasted raw. They were not cook, boil, or fried in my opinion. Simply disgusting. Would not recommend. more

Things you must know 3/19/2010

The hot dogs are pretty good. However, if you enjoy bad service in a place with extremely rude and unhelpful employees (including the man that claims to be the owner). Then this is your place. I personally would never go back. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant. Pros: Good hot dog Cons: Poor service with a bad attitude more

Why Not? 1/11/2006

I grew up in the heart of Chicago. All hot dog joints up there use vienna beef hot dogs. THis is the only place I know of that nails a Chicago dog as well as the folks there do. Very reasonable prices for great food. The setting/ambiance of the restaurant features Chicago based sports teams, making a great place for a sports fan to eat. Pros: Great Food, Great Prices, Great Atmosphere more

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and have shared it with everyone I know. The food is DELICIOUS and the service is great. Like I said, I've been going since I was 7, when I used to get the cheese dog. Now, it's a slaw dog or kraut dog - it's tough to choose - everything you get is wonderful!!! more

i love a hot dog every now and then and when i think of eating a hot dog i think about hot dog heaven...this hot dog paradice has many types of dogs to choose from and very good fries... Pros: best dogs around, fast service Cons: not many seats more

The best dogs in town! For that matter in a 100 mile radius. From the quality of food to the people that work there, it is all top notch. I have been going there for the past 10 years, and I have never had a bad dog. There fries are the best in town as well. So pack the kids, load up the wife and leave your dog at home, and go have the best in town. Pros: Quality, Value, Taste Cons: Limited Paking, Crowded at Lunch more
