Do not even consider Hot Box. Service is slow, quality of work is horrible, and the owner is extremely unprofessional. I took a vintage motorcycle frame and a few components in to get powder coated. He quoted me 2 weeks, but one month later he still hadn't begun. When I finally received the parts, they looked good at first (compared to a rusty old frame anything shiny looks good), many threads were sealed by paint, drips everywhere, and the paint is nearly an eighth-of-an-inch thick in some places. Nearly every part besides the frame was returned unusable! To top it off when I went in to discuss this with him, he first said everything looked fine to him, then he lost his temper, let loose some profanities and told me to get the f--k out. I left immediately, as he was being far from reasonable.
