Both me and my family have been cared for at Bradley and the experience was wonderful every time. The staff are warm and caring. The ER wait was very short, and now they have an iPhone app to tell you how long the wait will be. I live in Southington, and have absolutely no reservations by going to Bradley for my health care needs. I have family that come from out of town (Newington and Berlin) to go to the ER at Bradley rather than wait hours at larger hospitals. more

Hopefully never again! 8/22/2005

I went to the ER with a fever of 104. There were no serious injuries brought in by ambulance while I was there - but I still had to wait 3 hours in the waiting room and another 5 hours before a nurse even came in to check on me once I was in for treatment. The staff were all so busy chatting about their personal issues outside the curtain (I could hear everything) and they had no interest in actually working. I have never been treated so poorly and would NEVER go back by my own choice!!! more
