Hospice of South Central Indiana is a nonprofit, community-based organization providing care to terminally ill individuals in south central Indiana. Founded more than 25 years ago, the organization operates in over 15 counties through its four offices. Hospice of South Central Indiana provides a wide variety of services, such as pain and symptom control, skilled nursing visits, coordination of medical equipment and supplies, 24-hour health care services, and consultation, educational and instructional services. The organization offers services of professionals, such as physicians, social workers, chaplains, dieticians, therapists, pharmacists and volunteers. Hospice of South Central Indiana s Bereavement Program provides counseling for individuals and families, and group counseling for adults, youth and children. The organization is located in Columbus, Ind.
