Diablo Appraisal and Estate Sales (DAES) is an estate sale and liquidation service whose profits benefit patients in the care of Hospice of the East Bay. If you're downsizing or handling a loved one's estate, we can help. Since 1999, DAES has worked with clients to evaluate, sell, and completely clear out contents of homes, specializing in making transitions as stress-free as possible. We inventory, market, and conduct estate sales from the initial tagging of household contents, to the selling of estate items. A staff of trained associates organizes and conducts the sales, ensuring professionalism and maximum profitability. After the sale, DAES takes unsold items to Hospice of the East Bay thrift stores and families are provided with a tax deductable receipt. Discards are brought to the recycling center and the home is left empty and ready for cleaning. Families are provided with guaranteed honest, efficient and reliable service.
